In general the first semester of pregnancy should be more active. However, then you just become less and less active because it is the time for you to just relax a little bit. The baby does not give you that much freedom to move and to do sports. You really have to take into consideration what you are doing and how you are doing it. In general these sports can be quite good for post natal period. However, they do not match with prenatal period. These sports are really dangerous for pregnant women and for the baby as well. Be extremely important with these kinds of sports and make sure that you do the safe kinds of exercises. Knowing what is good for you is really important but knowing what is dangerous for you is even more important. So just avoid doing these kinds of exercises and do the light ones. There are many good prenatal exercises and sports, like water aerobics, yoga and others. So if you want to stay healthy, to keep active just do all the exercises that you want to do, but the safe ones. Learn also about what is not important for you to eat and in general what is not dangerous for you to eat.  All these things may seem not so important but during pregnancy every single thing matters both for the mom and for the baby as well.
