In fact the lack of sleep can affect many things related to your health and organism. Sometimes we underestimate the importance of sleep for our bodies and for our wellness. The most vivid and easily seen problems of skin caused by the lack of sleep appear on face skin. Face skin is very sensitive and that is the reason why you can have so many problems here. So just make sure that you get enough sleep in order to provide the best kind of skin for your face. Skin is important in order to look healthy and beautiful.
