The making.
Firstly we will have to start from potatoes. You will have to wash the potatoes, place them in deep pan, add so much water that they will be covered and boil them. You should make sure that they are really cooked well. After they are cooked, you should leave them to cool off.
You should rub the skins of potatoes when they are cooled off, and you should make them a puree by the use of mill.
Then for the olive oil mass you have to combine the olive oil, the white wine vinegar, the lemon juice and salt together.
Then take the garlic and season them with salt. Combine the garlic, almonds and olive oil into the puree. Combine the olive oil mass with the puree and your dish is ready.
