You will need approximately 2-3 cups of macaroni
Parmesan cheese, approximately 1/3 cup
Garlic salt of 1/3 tablespoon
Ripe olives, about 2 cups
Zucchini. Basically 1 zucchini is enough.
Plain yogurt, must be fat free
1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning
1 Medium onion
2-3 medium tomatoes

The making
You have to boil water in a big jar, and add the macaroni there. Depending on the type on macaroni you will need different timing to have them cooked. Just check all the time and try. When you feel that they are cooked then cease the fire and let it cool off.
Wash the garlic and onion and chop them into small pieces so as they can hardly be seen. Then wash the tomatoes and the zucchini and cut them as well. Take a large bowl, add the zucchini, tomatoes, garlic, onion, the cheese, yogurt and the Italian seasoning. Mix them all together properly. When the macaroni is cooled off, make it free of water and add to the mass you have. Mix one more time.
