We all know what pizza is. It is very hard to imagine that there can be a person who does not like pizza. Pizza is many people’s favorite sin. 1 teaspoon of sea salt
Instant yeast, 1 teaspoon
Olive oil, of ¼ cups
½ cup of mozzarella cheese
1 cup of bread flour

½ cup of warm water
For the topping
1 tablespoon of salt
3 cups of chopped onion
1 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
3 tablespoon of olive oil
Chopped rosemary, 2 tablespoon
1 medium potato
Let’s start the making now.
The making.
For the dough.
Add the olive oil, salt and yeast into warm water and stir well. Then gradually add the flour so much until it gets a firm thing, to be enough to knead. Then knead the dough, put it into bowl and drizzle oil, then cover it with plastic wrap and set aside in the fridge for a few hours.
While the dough is getting ready, you have to slice the potatoes really thin, then put them into a bowl full of cold water. After that rinse them and add sea salt. Then you should toss them with olive oil, rosemary and onion. Then add ground pepper.
Then preheat the oven under 500 degrees, take the dough out of the fridge and place it into the pan. Remember to put some olive oil under the pan, so that the dough will not stick. Besides use flour in order not to wrap. Then just cook the pizza for 30 minutes.
After this take it out of oven, add the potatoes and sprinkle the cheese on top. Place it onto the oven again for about 8 minutes.
When you take the pizza out of the oven, make sure it is crispy and the cheese has already melt. Otherwise you will not get a perfect pizza. Make sure that it is cooked enough, but at the same time, be careful in order not to burn it or overcook.
As you see this pizza is not a traditional one, but it is quite extraordinary to make. When it comes to pizza making process then we have to note that it is a little bit complicated. At the same time the pizza is not so high in nutrition and the timing is about 2 hours.
This is not the healthiest dish ever certainly, but this is a good junk food, which is sometimes necessary.
