3 large potatoes
3 middle-size onions

As you can already see, this salad is as cheap as possible. So now let’s start to make it.
Take the potatoes and wash them carefully. Take a bowl, put the potatoes there and put it on fire, to have it boiled and cooked. Let it cook for more than 15 minutes. Once they are cooked, let them cool off for some time. After that just unpeel them. You can unpeel before boiling as well. However, when you unpeel when the potatoes are cooked already, it will make things much easier. The potatoes will not be hard, and they will be unpeeled very easy. So once you unpeel them, just cut them into cubes and add into a large bowl. After this, take add some salt, pepper and olive oil. For the last, chop the parsley and add into the potato cubes. Then chop the onions, add into the mass of potato and then add olive oil.
There is nothing difficult in making this unknown salad. It is easy to make, you need very few ingredients, and at the same time you will not stay hungry. The potato salad actually is eaten that way, without anything absolutely. The reason is that potatoes are very heavy and there is no need to use bread or anything else.
