  • Congratulations, you are pregnant

Did you just hear this from your doctor, or had a test showing that you are in your first month of pregnancy? Great, we also congratulate you.

We are glad you could learn about that right from the beginning and are ready to make the necessary steps for your baby’s healthy development.

However, it should be mentioned that most of the times, women don’t even learn that they are pregnant from just the first month. You may have been spending your time eating fast food, drinking and doing anything else, that you wouldn’t if you knew that you are pregnant. And usually, the period that you learn you are pregnant, you start judging yourself, feeling guilty etc. Don’t hurry up with accusations. You have still 8 months to start with your perfect pregnant diet.

In case, you are one of those who could learn that is pregnant right from the beginning and are in the first month of pregnancy, we are going to present you a daily diet right for you.

Pregnancy can sometimes be stressing, with all of those questions, like, what you should do now? Should you continue your life as it was? Or do you have to make some changes with it? And still, we don’t even speak about the fluctuations of your moods, which make everything more stressing. But, don’t worry. We are not here to list the things you worry about, but to help you as much as possible.

Starting with the vital ones

Starting with the most important things you should include into your first-month pregnancy diet, we should start talking about everything that contains Vitamin B6. Those are usually nuts, bananas, chicken wings or turkey. Vitamin B6 helps to inhibit the vomiting, that is why eating food that is rich with Vitamin B6 is essential during the first month of pregnancy.

Starting from the first day that you learn you are expecting, you should proceed to eating things which are full of any Vitamins, proteins, calcium, zinc etc. However, our advice to you is avoiding the medications and get those vitamins in a more natural and organic way. Just change the medications with milk. Milk is very rich with vitamins, proteins and calcium, so don’t waste this source of vitamins and go on including this into your daily diets plan.

Fruits as component of your diet

And of course, the third component of your diet should become fruits. It’s not a secret that fruits and vegetables are most rich ones with various vitamins, so just start eating fruits and fruits and … and sometimes also vegetables.

Also, to be on the safe side, be careful with their washing.

First month is also a great period to making a list of food, you should avoid during the next 9 months. Luckily enough, as you have learned about your pregnancy very soon, you are that fortunate person to get used to the changes during a longer period of time. This time will help you check out some ingredients or beverages one by one, not all at once, so it’ll be easier for you.

The things that you should start checking off from your list are:

  • Alcohol
  • Packaged food
  • Soft cheese

So, your one-month pregnancy diet is ready. Hopefully, things that are included here are not the ones which are too expensive, so you can easily add them to your daily schedule. On the other hand, the thing which you should avoid are also the ones, without which you can live (hmm, if you are not an alcoholic- just kidding). The most important thing here is to make everything as easy as you can, so that to escape the additional stress that this can bring to you. One last advice: don’t waste your time on stressing out from little things and nonsenses, that will seem funny after 9 months. Those months are the most important ones in your life, so let your life blossom, let you smile each and every minute and enjoy that wonderful period.
