COMPETITION BETWEEN MOM AND DAUGHTER

The relations of mothers and daughters are certainly one of the best ones ever. Moms are very important for every girl and most of the girls see their reflection in their moms. Moms are the ones who love the daughters unconditionally, who want the best for their daughters, who help and guide the daughters for many things. Moms are definitely the best creatures of our lives. If the relations between moms and daughters are based on love and trust, there will be no conflict. However sometimes we can witness a little bit competition between moms and daughters. This is related to the nature of a woman. If the mom is a good one and if the daughter is a good one as well you may think that there cannot be any kind of jealously or competition. However, women are jealous by their natures and sometimes the jealousy is inescapable even between mothers and daughters. Sometimes moms are the ones who are jealous and sometimes daughters are the ones who compete with their moms. So let’s see how the competition between these two arise.

• Usually if the daughter loves her dad very much and if the dad takes care of the mom in front of the daughter, the daughter can definitely feel jealous of mom. If she is the daddy’s daughter, she will for sure feel the jealousy towards mom. She will want the dad pay attention only to her and no one else, even the mom. In this case the mom becomes her competitor and the daughter starts to compete with her. In this case moms usually understand, because they were also daughters and they could feel the same. This thing usually happens when the daughter is still very young or may a schoolgirl.
• The nest reason for the jealousy between mom and daughter can be the beauty. This is really sad but some moms become jealous of their daughters when they lose the beauty and the charm. They get old, they look old, and while the daughter is young and beautiful, they start to feel jealous that they already lost their beauty and that someone they created is much more beautiful than they. This happens when the woman gets old and when her daughter is young and fresh and in her 20s.
• The next reason of jealousy can be the attention of guys. When moms get old they may get jealous of daughters being in the spotlight of guys. There was a time when they were in attention, but somehow things changed and now guys pay attention to their daughter.
• The next reason of jealousy can be because of daughter. The daughter may feel jealous that she is young but her mom gets more compliments than she herself. So this is really nerve wrecking for every mom. The daughter is jealous because she gets much more compliments than she. This happens again when the daughter is in her 20s but she is not as beautiful as her mom.
• Another reason of jealousy can be the success of mom. Mom may have reached many things during her life. So when the daughter sees that she cannot reach so many things as her mom, she kind of feels jealous and the competition starts between them. This is also an awful thing which has to be removed. Besides this, the situation gets worse when moms remind of this thing to their daughters.

As you can see the competition and the jealousy exists even in the souls that are supposed to be very close and loving. Most of the time it does not mean that they do not love each other. They can really love each other but they may feel awkward because of this situation. In healthy relations there cannot exist any kind of jealousy like this. They just should love each other, respect and instead of competing, they should be proud of one another.

So if you feel there is some kind of jealousy between you then try to talk to each other and solve the issue, because it is not going to bring anything good to your relations. Keep in healthy realtions and love each other.
