After giving birth to your child, you are maybe now more concentrated on your baby and are trying to ensure its healthy eating. However, you should remember that your child now mainly depends on you and your healthy eating as well. As you miss your breakfast or dinner, or are eating something unhealthy may highly effect on your child’s healthy eating as well.   4. Greens are always in each list which is for healthy eating. You can never be mistaken while choosing cucumber or broccoli etc. So go on choosing greens each time you have no other option. Vegetables are always there as one of the best solutions.
  5. Always say yes to fruits as well, especially to blueberries and oranges. Despite the fact that citrus is not too much recommended while breastfeeding, however the Vitamins of orange are really very beneficial.

  8. Beans are amazing addition to this list. Being full of iron and protein beans are always welcomed to be the part of your dinner and will never be considered a false decision.
  9. If you are searching for a good option for breakfast, then oats are amazing for it. Start your morning with oats, as they are rich with iron, calcium and proteins, which are so essential now both to you and your child.

Finally, you should remember that feeding your baby and taking care both about you and your baby shouldn’t become a “have to do” thing. Enjoy each and every day that you are spending with your newborn and start looking at the world as your baby sees it. Don’t overstress yourself with many questions, like: why did I eat this, not that one. Questions like this may always arise. You cannot follow this rules each second of your life. So just stop judging yourself (if you were doing before) and start following the instructions little by little.
