Everyone is passing through various periods of life, experiencing different feelings and finding a road to goals the way he or she thinks is right. It is always talked that women are thinking another way. Do you need a dictionary to understand a woman? It is totally okay. However, you should take into account some additional things that happen with women (like pregnancy, breastfeeding etc.)  that makes them worry more and think more.

One of those thinking subjects for women which is always on trend is: the body changes. Every woman has that figure in mind that would like to have in reality. And, it will be honest to say, that women do practice a lot for getting the body figure they wish to have. If you are choosing fitness for your practicing, that’s great, if you are choosing running or home workouts or anything else, that is again great. We congratulate you and hope you will continue to seeing your result.

And, if you have started practicing yoga for this, then you probably have 2 reasons for that: either you want to lose some weight through it, or you want to get rid of the stress that you are having and start appreciating yourself the way you are. In either case there are several yoga poses which are especially great for women and while starting practicing you better start with these ones.

  1. The Camel Pose is an excellent start

If you are working at an office and are sitting whole day long this is really great for you. With the help of this pose you will work on your spine and strengthen it, you will tone the thighs and open your chest. This is really great especially for the spine, so go on with doing this pose and moving it into the opposite side. However, be careful to know that you don’t have any back issues before starting with this yoga pose.

  1. Continue your yoga practice with Triangle pose

We all know that there are special exercises for different parts of the body. And whenever we start practicing we probably have that part of our body we want to work on particularly and get the result there. Sometimes, one of the most common part of the body women work on is waist. If you want to have a thin waist, then this triangle pose is really awesome for that. This pose also helps with reducing your shoulder’s tension. So go on and just try it. Remember to stay couple of minutes in one side and then turning it into another. If you want to have good results, then have a rest and repeat it again. You can make this pose a priority and repeat it whenever you find time or a comfortable place for it.

  1. Don’t forget about the Downward – facing dog

The Downward –Facing Dog pose in yoga is one of the basic poses. This equally works on the whole body, all of the parts of body are being straightened, especially back, legs and hamstrings. Make sure to watch some professionals doing this pose and then repeating it, so that you will do that right as needed. Make sure you are keeping all straight and repeat the pose after couple of seconds rest. During this pose, your shoulders should be down, your hands and feet should be to the width of your shoulders, you back should be straight. Those are the most important things to follow while practicing this pose.

If you wish you can add more difficult poses to these ones, however don’t change these 3 poses with anything else, because they are going to help you with every goal that you have connected with yoga.
