Being at home at working will allow you to spend the time with your baby, to take care of the baby and at the same time you definitely will be able to spend time for work and earn money.
- If there is an opportunity to take your baby to workplace, then you can use that chance as well. Some employers allow the employees to carry the babies with them to workplace. So if the format of your job allows you, then you for sure can allow yourself to do that.

These options can work both for those parents who earn good money and who can afford babysitter, and even for those who cannot earn so much money in order to pay the babysitter.
