All women, thin or fat, old or young want to have a really good body. Some women are lucky with the nature, some have to work out more than others, but one thing is for sure, you have to do something to have a good body. Doing nothing, just sleeping and waking up with nice body is not possible. You have to put much effort and then reach your goal. So everyone has a different kind of favorite work out. Some prefer cycling, some swimming, some yoga, the rest are just into attending gym, and shaping a good body.

However, there are women that are really busy, and just cannot effort to attend gym every single day, especially when those women are over 60.

So there are exercise that are quite good for everyone and which can be done at home. So you will not need to spend time and money in gym.

First of all women have some zones with extra fat, that they would like to correct somehow, and women in their 60s know it the best.

So if you have got problems with the inner muscles of your legs so what you need to do is to lie on right side and to lift your left leg for 30 times. Then repeat the same on the other side. After you have done this you have to sit leaning on right side, and lifting your leg in the same way, and then repeat the same on the left side. In this way your muscles will become stronger and will help you to lose the extra fat, become slimmer and smoother. This is a good and helpful exercise that can be perfect for lazy people.

Most of the body problems women face are connected either with legs or with belly.

So here is another good exercise for legs. It is called ballet move and is done to sculpt the inner thighs. Stand and put your finger wider than your shoulder and then lower your body down and up, and do it for 30 times. The next day you will feel how helpful it is.

The next exercise is to burn the belly fat. So belly fat can also be burnt very easily. First of all you need to lie on your back, put your hands under your chest, put the legs together and lift them up and down. The pressure must fall on your belly. Make sure you have pressure on your belly and if you have, then for sure the exercise will do its job. This exercise is to sculpt the thighs of belly.

There is another exercise which actually probably is the laziest exercise on earth. This one will definitely help you with the whole body and especially is good for your back. Many women have back problems because of caring heavy babies so start your work out and end your work out with this exercise.

The only thing you need is to lie on floor and put your hands together under your head stretch out and still. While feet also must be together and kept still. Do this for 5 minutes before work out and after work out and you will have a perfect body.

I think every woman knows her body features, her weak zones, and knows how to solve the body problems that she has got. Anyway working out, going in for sport is of course better than doing some exercises at home. However, if you are too busy, and cannot do that, then do the following exercises that will provide you with some good results and will make you happy with your body.
