Tonight we will be making for 4 people, so we need 4 pieces of white fish fillets. You can use any kind of white fish according to your personal preference.
- 1 green pepper, which should be chopped
- 1 onion of medium size
- 1 clove of already crushed garlic
- Peeled, seeded and chopped tomato, 1
- 2 leaves of bay
- Dry white wine, of about 8 table spoons
- The juice of 1 lemon
- Ground black pepper
- Salt
Once you have all this ingredients we can start the making. Before the making you should know that there are different methods to bake the fish however this one is especially tasty. So now let’s start the making.
The making
You should take foils, add so much oil so as the fish will not be stuck on it and then place one fish and each foil. Then you should take the green chopped pepper, the chopped onion, the crushed garlic and the chopped tomato. Divide them equally into 4 parts, and put equal shares of them on each fish in order to make them cover the fish. Add a bay leaf on vegetable top, and then add the dry white wine and the lemon juice. Then season the fish with salt and pepper and make the edges of foil come together. Then place those parcels on the baking tray and then cook them in the oven. The over should be preheated under 190 degrees. The fish should be baked about 20 or 30 minutes each.
The dish can be served with vegetables or with potatoes. Actually the decision of the side ingredients is yours and you are free in this with your choice.
