Today we will be making for you a very exotic cuisine, the Vietnamese one. So basically that is the reason why we will be making for you an incredible and interesting sandwich called Banh Mi. Actually this is the first time we are sharing a Vietnamese recipe with you, so it is going to be really exciting.
Not many of you have got any idea what the Vietnamese cuisine is like. This sandwich will help you to understand the Vietnamese culture of food and also you will be able to make a tasty sandwich for you.
So now let’s find out what kind of ingredients we need.

- 3 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- Green onion
- Carrots
- Balsamic vinegar of 2 tablespoon
- French bread
- Chicken breast, which should be cut into small pieces
- Garlic powder
- Soy sauce
- Sriracha
- cucumber
Once you have found all the required ingredients, it is the right time for you to start the making process. For that you will need to add the olive oil on the pan and heat it for a while. Then take the chicken breast, season it with garlic powder, pepper and salt and then fry the chicken until it is cooked. It will take 15 minutes. Then you can add the sriracha as well.
Then you should be making the sauce. For that you will need to combine the balsamic vinegar with the soy sauce.
Once all these things are done you will have to make the bread. Just preheat the oven under 350 degrees and place the bread there. You can also toast the bread in toaster. This will make the bread lovely crispy, which is absolutely good for the sandwich bread.
When the bread is also ready, you should start the placing. Take the bread, add 1 tablespoon of sauce mixture on both sides of the bread. Then add the chicken and place the cucumbers on it. Add the carrots, the garlic and the onions as well. Add some sirrach on top of it if you want.
Actually you can put also some extra sauce and your sandwich is ready!
As you see the sandwich is really a very easy one to make. So you do not need to have much time in order to make the sandwich. Just have the ingredients and that is it.
