How to get rid of them?

Stretch marks. I am sure you all know what kind of problem this is. Many girls and boys, young men and women suffer from stretch marks nowadays. In fact, stretch marks is not something we pleasant for sure. Every time we look at our body in front of the mirror we get disappointed by seeing stretch marks. They get on our nerves, we get depressed and do not want to go to pool or to beach because of the stretches. Actually it is really hard to cover or to hide stretches just because usually there are in places which are perfectly seen if you are in bikini.

The most common area for body stretches is the belly zone. However they can also be on thighs, hips, breast, lower back and upper arms.

Now let’s understand how to we get the stretches and why do they appear on us?

The marks and stretches are formed in the middle layer of the skin, in dermis, and they allow the skin to retain its shape. When your body is stretched, they can break down and cause stretches.

This is how they appear on us. The marks and stretches appear when after being stretched, you skin comes back to its normal shape but the stretches still remain.

The stretches actually can be caused by weight gain and loss and by pregnancy also.

SO how can they be removed? There are different ways helping you to get rid of them.  If you want to go for surgical methods then you can do dermabrasion. What is dermabrasion? By the use of instrument the doctor sands the part of your skin which has stretches, which makes way for new skin. The new and fresh skin comes to replace the old one. However, this is not the only way. You can use the chemical peels. By the help of chemical peels the part of the skin which is damaged is peeling off and the new and fresh skin comes in replacement.

The surgical methods are not the only ones, you can use also lotions and creams. Tazorac creams or gels can help you to make your marks or stretches better over the time.

There is one quite good option as well. You just control your pregnancy or body weight differences and do not face this kind of problems. This can be done by permanently exercising your body and especially doing some exercise for belly and stomach.

Actually the problem of stretches is not a big problem. It has more cosmetic character and almost 90 percent of women soon or late faces this problem in their lives. If you have white skin, then the marks and stretches will be reddish, and if you have dark skin color, then the marks will definitely be of lighter color than you actual skin color.

As you already understood this is not a big problem and is not a serious health treat. It is just about how your body looks. So what you should do is always keep in active, even when you are pregnant, do some exercise in order to skip the marks and stretches after pregnancy.

However if you got them, our advice is to solve the problem as soon as possible. You can do the surgery option. The laser option is quite good. You can even try to help your skin somehow by lotions and creams.

Have a nice and smooth skin and take a good care of it because skin is the key factor when it comes to beauty and healthy look.
