1.NO BAKE OREO CHOCOLATE TART
Looking for something to make for someone special on their birthday? Well, here are two simple perfect recipes which require no frills. I will be using some simple easily available ingredients to make these. One such ingredient is world’s favorite cookie biscuit, Oreo biscuits and another would be of course some chocolates. Just to make it more special I will be decorating one of the dishes with some berries and other with some grated coconut and colorful sprinkles. I mostly prefer strawberries or may be raspberries because of their red color which symbolizes love and of course for their immense sweetness, but u can use any berries which u like. The recipes I am talking about are very easy to make plus requires very less time to prepare so that u can end up spending more time with your special one than in the kitchen. So let’s get started, shall we?

Keep this in the freeze while u make the ganache.
- Finely chop the 200 grams of milk chocolate and 100 grams of dark chocolate and add it to a bowl.
- Heat 200 grams of heavy cream in a small sauce pan. No need of boiling it. Just heat it for few minutes.
- Add the hot heavy cream to the bowl with chocolate and mix well until chocolate completely melts and blends evenly with the cream.
- Take the tart pan out of the freezer and pour the chocolate mixture to the tart part.
- Garnish it with strawberries and raspberries and nuts and refrigerate it for 2 hours minimum. For best results you can refrigerate it overnight.
