Developing mental activates from very young age is an important factor for any of us. We all want to have a good working brain and for that we need to practice and work all the time. Some teenagers are quite lazy to think about working their brains. The brain work and mental activities are necessary to have good performances. So for this teen can read about the topics he or she is interested in. teen can be interested in tourism, in biology in politics etc. Just let the teen read on any interesting topic. At the same time, teen should start reading different things. It is good to be strong and have much knowledge from one thing, however, it would really be nice if the teen could read on different issues and become well rounded.

This can be true, however, it greatly depends on what you watch. There are quite many informative and useful TV shows on travel, on history that can provide teens much information. So if the teen is interesting in documentaries or in informative TV shows, then it is quite a good option as well.

So for this you have to use your brain, read and watch on important issues. Some teens do not study all the subjects at school in the same way. They find that there are some subjects not worth watching. In this case let the teen do the minimum of the subject and concentrate on the things that are really useful and interesting for the teen.
