HOW TO MAKE BLINI OR RUSSIAN CREPES

There is one thing on Earth you can’t get rid of eating. That is Russian crepes called blini. It is very simple and easy to make, yet very delicious.  It looks tasty and it is really tasty. One of the things I like the most about blini, is that you can eat them just like that, without any kind of staff because even without stuff it is really delicious. The next thing I love about blini is that you can make any kind of stuff you like. It can be meat, something sweet, chocolate, sour cream or anything you like.

Blini is an amazing breakfast, lunch, dinner and supper as you can stuff it with different things.  So to make the incredible blini or crepes we need to have

  • Eggs 2
  • Milk 2 cups
  • Sugar 1 teaspoon
  • Half teaspoon of salt
  • Flour 2 cups approximately
  • Vegetable oil for pen

 

As you see the ingredients are very easy to find and the dish is also not complicated to make.

Take the eggs, break them into the jar and then add the 2 cups of milk there. Mix and add the salt and the sugar to the mass we have. Then when you have mixed everything little by little add the flour and mix carefully. Make sure there are no round dots there in the mass, because it must be really smooth mass. After you have done everything let the mass rest for like 10 or 15 minutes.

Then take the pen, add very little of vegetable oil, preheat it for 5 minutes. Then finally it is the time to make blini.

You add one big spoon for one slice, but it in pan and make it go round by covering the whole surface of pen. After 2 minutes make sure it is cooked on one side and that you have nice golden color and then turn it into the other side and wait until that side is also cooked.

Repeat the same action with the whole mass we have and you will get approximately 15 blini with this amount of ingredients.

See it is very easy to make and it will totally take 30 minutes or even less to make blini. The nutrition level is also high. When you eat one or two you are already full.

When it comes to filling, I would say you do not need filling at all. You can just add butter inside and that is it. However, if you want filling, just add sour cream and it will be the finest idea for breakfast.

You can make meat blini for supper just making a filling with meat. You can also make incredible sweet dish with blini, by making a chocolate filling or even adding jam or cream inside. So the choice is yours with blini, whatever you do with it, it is incredibly tasty.
