It is really interesting for us to introduce you an Irish dish as we never did it before. So Irish cuisine is kind of new both for us and for you as well. The Irish dishes are not so popular, but we believe that there are many fabulous dishes in this cuisine, worth adding them into your recipe book.
Actually the Irish cuisine was influenced by the English cuisine, so may find some similarities between them. The main ingredients of Irish cuisine are the potato, cabbage and beacon.
Today we are going to introduce you the first Irish dish, which is the Irish nachos.
So what kind of ingredients we will need to make this new dish?

Potatoes
Cheddar or mozzarella cheese
Fresh or pickled peppers
Greek yogurt
Guacamole
Ranch
Tomatoes
Black olives
Bell peppers (can be sweet mini peppers)
Salsa
Black beans
Chopped green onion
Dried parsley
Salt and pepper
So, as you can see this is a dish full of vegetables, which technically means that this dish can be just perfect for all vegetarians. So let’s make it.
The making.
So firstly wash and then peel you potatoes and cut them into so called discs. Try your best to make them not so thick so that they will be crispy.
Them take a large bowl, mix with olive oil, rosemary, salt, black pepper and thyme. The place them on baking sheet and bake for about 20 minutes under 450 degrees. Flip them on the other side and bake on the other side for another 20 minutes.
They should be a little bit crispy and the color of potatoes must be nice golden or brown.
Then once they are ready, you should place them on pan and add the cheddar or mozzarella cheese, which must be granted beforehand. Then turn over the potatoes, so as the cheese will melt.
After that chop and add all the vegetables that you did not use so far. For the last step add the Greek yogurt and serve.
Actually instead of Greek yogurt you can you sour cream as well. The Armenian yogurt, called “matsun” can also be used here.

Actually, It is not difficult to make the nachos at all. Just the other way about! It is super easy and at the same time fun and tasty. The timing is also short. You will need just about 1 hour to make this dish. The nutrition is not that high, however it is not law also, because there is cheese and vegetables there.
