Today we will be making a really unique and special dish. Probably you have never heard about this dish but I am sure you all will like it. Especially those who love healthy lifestyle must keep this salad in their cook book. This dish is a salad, made of fresh vegetables and is really good option for those who have weight problem but also do not want to starve from hunger. Most of the salads are usually very simple and not everyone can make this salad for guests. However, we must say that this dish is quite a sophisticated one and you can make this even for your guests. The dish reminds of tart and is actually comprised of vegetable layers. The origins of this salad are not clear, but whoever made it first had brilliant imagination.

3 Marinade cucumber of medium size
2 large carrots
2 large potatoes
1 middle sized beet
2 large eggs
Sour cream (this is optional, and up to your personal likings)
1 cup of Green peas
Salt and pepper
As you have noticed we have quite many vegetables so this is going to be promising.
First of all take potatoes, wash and clean them, put into a big pot alongside with washed and cleaned carrots, add water and bring it to boil, until the potatoes and carrots are cooked.
Take another pot for beet, and cook the beet in the same way. Meanwhile boil the eggs also until you get hard boiled eggs. Once all the ingredients are cooked and boiled, take the potatoes and carrots and chop them both into cubes put add in different plates. Then take the beet and chop it into cubes. Then take the egg cut into cubes as well. After all this work is done, it is the time to make the layers.
First layer should be the beet layer, take a round plate and add the chopped beet all over the surface. The next layer is the egg one, so add the eggs in the same way on the top of beet. After that add the carrots, the potatoes and then the marinade cucumbers. At last add peas and the sour cream if you want it of course. If you are on healthy diet, then avoid using the sour cream.
If you want you can decorate the dish with nuts.
As you can see the dish is super healthy, rich in ingredients and is really good source of vitamins. It is also my favorite one because it will not take too much time from you. An hour and a half is completely enough to make the salad. The making is not difficult at all and the nutrition is also quite high. So I think that this dish will make the perfect breakfast, dinner, lunch and supper as well.
