We need 3 regular cucumbers
1 pint of cherry tomatoes
3-4 scallions
2 or 3 limes or lemons
4 tablespoon of olive oil
A pinch of sugar or a little bit of honey
Sea salt and black pepper
Fresh spearmint leaves or dried spearmint
Chickpeas or avocados

So for the first take a large bowl and peel the cucumber. Then cut them into small cubes. Then wash the cherry tomatoes, wash them carefully and chop into half. Wash the scallions and cut them into small parts. Take lemons, wash them and take the juice out of them. Add the lemon or lime juice to the salad. Then add the olive oil and a pinch of sugar or a little bit of honey. Cook the chickpeas and leave them to cool off. Once they are cooled off add them to the mass you have and add sea salt, black pepper and avocadoes.
Actually this dish is the perfect one for any vegetarian. There is no meat there, and even this one can make a perfect dish for vegans also.
