2 tablespoon of white sugar
Chopped ground nuts, such as almond or walnut
1 egg
3 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 tablespoon of flour
Cinnamon, ½ teaspoon

If you are ready with the ingredients, then it is finally the time to make the dish.
The very first thing you need to do while making this stunning delicious German dessert is preheating the oven under 375 degrees. Then take the apples, wash them and then peel. Then cut the apples into cubes. The 3 apples should make approximately 2 cups of chopped apples. Then move the apples into a bowl, add the flour, white sugar and cinnamon to them.
Take another bowl, add the bread crumbs, nuts and sugars there. Take the pastry, put it gently and add the nut mixture first. Then add the apple mixture on the top of nut mixture, in the middle of pastry and then gently cover by bringing the sides together. Put the strudel into the baking sheet, break the egg in a jar and then brush the top of it with egg. Make few holes on the top of the strudel. Then place the strudel into the oven, bake it under 375 degrees for about 40 minutes. Check after 40 minutes is passed. The strudel must be crispy and must turn nice golden or red color. Make sure you did not burn it by permanently checking how the baking goes on.
