From time to time you should organize some parties or events for your employees in order to change their mood and also to just talk to them personally and more friendly and forget about all the working troubles and problems. This will make you a better person in the eyes of your employees, they will start loving you as a person and the more the employees love you, the more they want to do for you or for your company.
  • Another tip is that actually you should never ever shout at your employees. Many bosses think that they can have a better result if they just shout at their employees. This is not the right thing to do as it will make you a bad person in the eyes of your employees and they will just not want to do what you want. Some may be willing to quite the job. So the way you talk to them is really important. Just be nice to them and do not show very much that you are the boss there because it can really get on nerves.
  • Another tips for you as an entrepreneur can be showing your knowledge to them. If you show how smart you are and that you have very good knowledge it will motivate them and they will want to become a better specialist so as to show you their knowledge. Once they become better specialists they will benefit your company more. Of course this is really good and one cannot complain of gaining new knowledge and this can be beneficial both for you and for them.
  • Another tip for you is that no matter how friendly you become, no matter how you show that you are just a simple one like them, you should definitely try to keep some distance. It should not turn into a gap between you, but it must be a little distance which is good to make them feel that anyway you are the one who gives instructions.

 

As you can see, the employee entrepreneur relations are quite complicated and it is not easy to have the good balance in this relations. As an entrepreneur you will start understanding people more with the age, you will grow personally and then you will start dealing with these relations better. Do not be too harsh on your employees, motivate them, be an example for them , a true leader and after work be just a friend for them who can listen to them.
