Post natal period is a very complicated one just like prenatal. During prenatal period you have to do lots of things like healthy diet, doing sports and exercises. While during post natal period there are other kinds of things to do. The thing is that post natal period is full of pregnancy consequences. You have to lose your weight and come back to your old shape. The thing is that post natal sport is a difficult one to do because during pregnancy you kind of get unaccustomed to doing all the exercises and sports. Many women are just fond of horse riding but they just do not do it because during pregnancy it is totally unsafe. While during post natal period you can already start horse riding, though it is good for back only.
