You can guess that today we will make another bombshell from French cuisine. One of the cuisines that we adore so much.  However, the dish we are going to make we adore even more. The French tiramisu is probably the masterpiece of French cuisine’s dessert section. It is absolutely everyone’s favorite just like the Irish brownie.  The taste is so classy and delicate you just cannot help eating eat. 

So are you ready to make the French tiramisu? If you are ready then keep these ingredients by your side.

The ingredients.

For vanilla bean pastry cream

You will need to have 4 big eggs of room temperature, 

Corn Starch  of 32 gram 

vanilla paste, approximately 1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon of Stevia extract

Vanilla milk of 490 gram, almond

For mascarpone filling

 mascarpone cheese of 1 Ib, should be under the room temperature

 vanilla bean pastry cream, approximately 2 cups, and also should be homemade

For ladyfingers

You definitely need  21 ladyfingers, should be homemade

Room temperature ½ cup of strong coffee 

 Rum, should be ½ cup

Dutch cacao powder

Are you excited? I am sure you are more than simply excited, so let’s start once you have all the ingredients by your side.

The making

For the pastry cream

Take a pot, fill it up with water and place on heat. Take another pot and add the eggs and the corn starch. Add the paste and stevia, then the milk. Take the bowl over the simmering water and mix constantly until it gets tick. To get it you need to have 10- 15 minutes and it must be pudding like. 

Add the mass you have into dish which is heat-proof and leave to cool off.

For the mascarpone filling

Take a bowl and mix mascarpone cheese and the pastry cream. Take another dish and mix together the coffee and rum. Take a pan and cover it with plastic. Then take the ladyfingers and dunk them into rum mass and then line over the filling of mascarpone. Next you have to dig approximately 1/3 part of the m filling with mascarpone over the lady fingers. Then you should flatten it.

Repeat the previous 2 actions once more and then put plastic cover over it and put it into the refrigerator for about a day.

Next day you have to take it out of the refrigerator, remove carefully the cover, and flip it the mass on the other side. Sprinkle with coffee and serve. 

Here it is. Your tiramisu bombshell.

It is such a delicate dessert worth being in the best restaurants all around the world. So this special dessert will take about 2 hours to make, let alone that you have to keep it overnight. The nutrition is low because it is a dessert anyway, and the making process is kind of complicated, but I am sure you will not regret making it because it is so yummy!
