Breastfeeding is an important part of post natal period.  Every woman has different amount of milk in her breasts and is able to feed the baby for certain period of time. The breastfeeding lasts for different periods for every women. Some women have quite much milk and therefore they can give it to the babies for about 1 year. The rest of the women  do not have so much milk or even if they have milk, there are some difficult, which do not allow to hold on the breastfeeding for a long period of time.

So basically every woman has different approach to breastfeeding. Whether you believe it or not, but the breastfeeding is really one of the healthiest things ever for the baby. The studies show that the babies who eat their moms’ milk, tend to be healthier and tend to have stronger immune system. Breastfeeding can also be quite beneficial for mothers as well. The thing is that breastfeeding increases the risks of ovarian cancers, and at the same time it gives a very special feeling to mom. Breastfeeding helps to connect your child in a very good way. Technically there is nothing better than the breastfeeding for women, because you they feel as if they give some part of their lives to them.

Breastfeeding has lots of benefits and among them is of course the fact that breastfeeding helps to save money. If you do not breastfeed you have to spend lots of money on milk. While your own milk will definitely save lots of money. However, breastfeeding at first can be very painful and can make you will uncomfortable. So actually if there is some feeling of discomfort then you have to adopt it and get used to it.

However, the best thing about breastfeeding is the fact that you can lose your weight easier and go back to your shape. So actually this is a giant plus for breastfeeding. Many people think that sport has a negative impact on breastfeeding and on milk. Some women do think that sport can have a negative impact on it. This is however very false, because both of them are very important for breastfeeding.

First of all, sport is extremely important for blood circulation, for wellness and reduced stress, for being more active, enthusiastic and it helps you to shape your body back. Despite all this, some women think that doing sports will actively affect the milk supply. This is a fallible opinion, because studies have shown that there is no difference in the milk production of women who do exercises or sports. Moreover, some studies have shown that those women who do the exercises regularly tend to have a little bit more milk than those who are passive.

Studies also have shown that the sport does not effect on the quality of the milk that the women have. This means that there is no need to worry about the quality of your milk if you work out. However, you have to be careful in order not to work out to exhaustion. You need to follow moderation and not to become exhausted by the exercises.

Some women also think that the baby will refuse the milk if the mom does sport or exercises. This is very fallible as well. There is no need to think that the baby will refuse the milk, because many studies and researches have also shown that there is no difference of acceptance of the milk.

So technically there is no difference in milk quality and acceptance. There is no need to be afraid breastfeeding and doing sports and exercises at the same time. Moreover, they really go very well together and help each other. Sport in moderation cannot harm the breastfeeding. Moreover, they both can perfectly help you to lose your weight easier and to come back to old shape. So if you are planning to easily lose your weight after giving birth, then you have to work out, do sports and do the breastfeeding as well. Take care of all these factors because they are highly interrelated with each other, and both can help you a lot for your post natal period.
