Well, balding is a really painful topic for many women and men all around the world. • Another cause may be the stress. If you are stressed out and depressed then there is a big risk of getting bald. So if you live a difficult period in your life, take care of hair even more.
• Another cause of hair loss for men and women can be making your hair too long. If you have too long hair, they will definitely drop because the skin of scalp is no longer able to carry too long hair.
• Another cause may also be the general health issues. If you have some issues related to your healthy, then this may perfectly be seen in the hair condition.

If you however, faced major loss of hair then you should definitely apply to doctor. This can be much more serious than you think. It may be related to some serious health problems. If there is no specific illness and there is not heavy reason why your hair drop, then you can do one of the following things, in order to regrow them.
• Apply different kind of natural masks at home made by you, which contain almond or coconut oil and egg. You need to nourish the hair follicles.
• Then try to wash them twice or even once a week. This may really help you to restore the hair condition.
• Use moisturizer.
• Use shampoos which are comprised of natural products.
• Massage your head to influence better blood circulation.
