Today we are going to introduce you a recipe for very yummy cutlets made with marrow. Actually these cutlets have many versions and variants. They can be made with potatoes, with cabbage or with other vegetables and they all are unbelievably tasty, but the one made with marrow is my favorite one.
Thus to make these incredible cutlets you need to have :
- 3 marrows,
- 3 carrots,
- Some greens and herbs (depends on your personal likings and estimations),
- One egg,
- Flour,
- Seed oil/ vegetable oil.
So at first you need to take these 3 marrows and wash them carefully. Then cut out the head part of it, because it is not usable and then you need to take the grater and grate the marrows. After that you should repeat the same process with carrots. You wash them, and then grate. Next you add the mass we have with marrows into the carrot mass, and mix. Take all the greens and herbs you have, there is no restriction. Here you can use any kind of herb you like, or you feel that it will match the dish. If you do not have greens, then it is not a problem, the dish is tasty even without herbs. So chop all the herbs if found anyway, and then add them to the mass with marrows and carrots. The next step is with egg. Take the egg and break it right in the vegetable mass, mix them. Add some salt to your taste. We need the egg in order to make it easier to make all the ingredients as one mass, otherwise, without egg, the vegetables will not cling to each other. After you have done all those things it is time to add the flour. You have to be careful here. Do not add much flour just one cup is enough. It is done just like egg to make one mass so that all the ingredients will stick.
Then you take the frying pan and add some oil. Wait until the pen is hot and while it is getting hot, take the mass we have and make small cutlets by making them as round shapes. After that you just place those cutlets in pan and fry them. You do not need to have much oil in order to avoid the greasy meal, just make them closer to natural and less oily and junk. After one side is ready and kind of pink or red, flip them so that the other side will also be ready. When both sides are red, take them out of pan, wait until they will cool down, and then try them. They are tasty, right?
