5 THINGS THAT THE ENTREPRENEURS NEVER LEARN IN COLLEGES

For sure it is essential for an entrepreneur to have a proper business knowledge so as to have some common basic knowledge about business and entrepreneurship. The thing is that actually business is that proper professional knowledge is a lot of help not only to business sphere but to other spheres as well. If you want to be really good at something then you have to have the professional knowledge. There are some cases when the entrepreneur did not actually get the professional education but eventually became very successful in that sphere. Of course this can happen because some people are naturally born with those skills in them and for sure it is just so amazing that there are people who can manage to be be great in business without even having the right education. However, if you get a professional education, of course it is much better. Another thing is that professional education unfortunately mainly focuses on the theoretic part of business but not on the practical. This means that you can know the ideal version in some business deal but you may not know exactly how to manage it. That is the reason why we many graduates do not know a lot of practical stuff. So today we are going to discuss the things that the entrepreneurs normally do not learn in colleges.

1. Well, one of the very first things that the entrepreneurs do not learn in colleges is leadership. I have never heard that leadership is thought in any business college. I know that there are some schools which are centered at leadership. However, when it comes to business colleges they do not teach the entrepreneurs to leadership and do not make them leaders. However, one of the most important things about business if not the most important one is that the entrepreneur first of all must be a leader and must know how to become a leader. This is one of the things that the colleges do not teach the students and in fact it is such a big disadvantage for colleges.
2. Next thing that the colleges do not teach the entrepreneurs is the responsibility. Of course as students of college they can make you responsible towards your studies, however these colleges and schools never teach us to becoming responsible and take the proper responsibilities. That is the reason you just have to make sure that you are responsible towards your business.
3. Another thing which comes to colleges is that they do not teach the entrepreneurs to failures. As I have already said they normally teach us the idealistic version but in life it is very rare to reach the ideal. Sometimes the entrepreneurs do not get the success immediately and it happens only after the failure. So what they colleges should do is they should teach the young and future entrepreneurs to handling the failures because it is really important.
4. The colleges normally do not stress much on how to attract the investors. This is a big disadvantage for colleges because in reality you just have to be able to teach this because the many of the entrepreneurs do not have the actual financial capital so as to attract the customers and in my opinion it is a big mistake because the collages have to teach them how to create enough financial capital by attracting the angel investors.
5. Another thing which the colleges never teach the young and future entrepreneurs is that they never teach them collecting the right staff for their business. This is a big mistake because choosing the staff to work with is just so essential and it makes a lot of importance for the business because the way your staff will work has a lot to do with your company’s success. So just think about this and make sure that you have enough knowledge about this because the colleges never teach this.

Many people think that the colleges, business schools and universities or other kind of education institutions give us the opportunity of learning absolutely everything about business and entrepreneurship. This is not true because they just can give us a path on understanding how to learn some things, give some bibliography which can help us, but a lot depends on us personally and there is a lot of work that the student must do by himself or herself. Of course you should be mature enough so as to be able to sit and study all alone and try to understand new things. Just be much focused on yourself, study and understand that university or college is not enough and that you have to learn on practice what to do. Working in many different spheres can also be a beneficial for this.
